So, what does everyone do in the "real world"?

Just curious as to what everyone does in the "real world" as it were lol. Basically what job do you do/what are studying/what job are you planning to go into eventually? I'm just about to graduate from my first degree in Bioveterinary Science and will be taking a year out before coming back to uni next year to study veterinary medicine, obviously my aim is to be a vet(hopefully a reptile one!) eventually, so I'm pretty much a long term student

alright for some!

i'm a catering assistant based in warehouses, providing the staff canteen. i'm also just about to finish my degree, not a specified one though, it's called an open Degree, with the open uni, but you basically choose any modules you like and study them to make up points in 'uni years'. can't wait to have no more studying! then its onto chef training with my boss and hopefully a managerial job by the end of the year, if one comes up in the area that is

and we'll know who to ask about our pet problems in the future!

i work for mencap as a support worker.have done for the past 3 1/2 years.

I work for a Civils Engineering compant is Business Development

Worked there over 3 years now.

I'm a mental heath nurse, tho sometimes its a job to know who is the patient me or them lol

I'm a mechanic, so unfortunatly i can't top all you boffins with degrees but i do have qualifacations coming out my, well there, so i'll hopfully never be out of work, i'm acctually qualified to be a . . . .
mechanic (obviously)
HGV driver
FLT driver reach and counter balance
Crane driver/operator
slinger and banksman

BUT i'm also ex-military so i'm fully capable of popping a cap in yo ass should the occasion call for it lmfao.
