crested gecko beginner questions? Empty crested gecko beginner questions?

I will soon be getting a crested gecko but I still have questions.

1. What do you think of the names nova, Apollo or Luna.(seems unique)

2. Do I need a heat source? ( my lowest temperature was at 4 o'clock it was 18.4•celcius)
What's the best flooring ? plantation soil?
