Hello,

Some of you may recognise me from RFUK.

My name is Liam and I'm 14 years old.
I don't own a reptile and I never have... but I'm getting my first reptile in July/August. I'm getting an Ackie Monitor.

I love Cresties and I'd love to get one, but I'm only allowed one and I'm dead set on getting an Ackie. Very Happy

Aww I love Ackies...I really want a monitor but I'm leaning more toward a bosc, I want a big lizard for a change lol!! Good luck with your Ackie, you will have to pop some pics up when you get him/her! Very Happy

Haha, unfortunately I don't think I'd be allowed another pet. Sad ..It took two years to persuade my parents to let me get this Ackie! Haha.

Haha.

No, they're tiny compared to most monitors. They are a dwarf species. They are a little bit bigger than Bearded Dragons.
