Since having my pair they have been calling, chasing, biting etc, all indicators of them "flirting"

They can actually be really loud at night when they are calling!

Hoping for some little eggies soon, I have the lay box in the VIV all ready hehe cheers

Anyone have any tips for incubating etc? sunny

Congratulations, hope you get some eggies soon!! I'm just waiting for my female Marmite to lay her eggs, hopefully should be in about 2 weeks!! Not sure about incubating tips...what I'll be doing with mine is popping them in my homemade incubator(polybox, heatmat etc.) at a temp of about 25 degrees. And I think one of the important things I've read is to not let them get too dry and to ventilate the eggs occasionally. I can't remember anything else off hand without digging out all my notes I wrote down lol.

I have an old ice cream box filled with sphagnum moss and I spray it every now and then to keep it moist Smile Got some vermiculite for the actual boxes that will be put in the incubator though.

Ahhh I have a large cricket tub with moss too, and spray it daily.

Might change to an ice cream tub, as sure that would be bigger.

Yeah I also have the vermculite (don't know how to spell lol) aswell Very Happy

Ahh still got a fair bit of waiting to go then! I'm trying to get my incubator made now, cut a piece of perspex to size yest and glued it onto the poly box lid to make a viewing window...god did I have "issues" trying to saw through the perspex!! My diy skills leave a lot to be desired...the saw is lucky it wasn't thrown out the window lol!
