Handling Baby Cresties

Hi all
Am new to the world of crested geckos. Have recently had my first gecko who is called indie. Has anyone got any advice on handling baby geckos. She is now 3 months old, and so fast I struggle. She is happy and loves her home, but I don't know how is best to handle her and how often ? I have only been handling her in the viv as scared will lose her as she is fast!
