Can crested geckos eat only fruit?

I will be getting a crested gecko soon and i want to know if i can feed him fruit instead of repashy? I want to be sure before i get him.
Also, can anyone provide a list of everything needed for a crested gecko? I already have a 18 by 18 by 24 exo terra, 2 suction cup plants, i fake plant to set on the bottom of the cage, and a water bowl to help with humidity. I also have a new spray bottle for misting. i will soon be getting a hide, and a suction cup food bowl. I will be using paper towels as substrate.
Does anyone have anything to add?
