Mealworms for cresties

Has anyone ever fed their crestie mealworms?
As I have leo's aswell, I was wondering if I could try Keiko on one? Or are they too hard for Cresties?

Yes you can feed them 
I tend to give them as a treat every now and again just to add a little variety.
